Mondelez International is looking for vacancy Quality & Legal Requirements Technician

Position Purpose

Ensure the accomplishment of all legal requirement and regulation in the countries were products produced on Monterrey Hub are exported and consumed Therefore ensure accomplishment of all Quality Policies in calibration and food safety matter

Assure all calibrations are performed in a reliable manner, managing suppliers to execute those calibrations externally or perform himself the calibration procedures according to Calibration plant plan

Define calibration methods due his/ her capability and certified expertice through certifications and/or experience in matter (SME in calibration)

Define propper mesurement equipments (model, brand, capability, presicion, reilability, accesories, consumables, etc) for actual equipment replacement or for new equipments in new lines and processes

Manage all information system necessary for all Quality and all external entities certification audits executed in the plant (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Mondelez International Audit, COFEPRIS, FDA, PAS06, etc

Responsible for execute all this for one of the plants in the Monterrey Hub, but capable to support all the Hub during short periods (for example during PTO of the other person in charge of the other plant or during audits or preparation for those audits

Accomplish the budget for calibration

Main Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance and verifications on measurement and monitoring equipments
Ensure the compliance of the calibration plan in plant
Improve the maintenance processes of the measurement and monitoring equipments in the Monterrey HUB always focused on food safety, zero defects and zero breakdowns
Ensure the compliance of internal controls and procedures and keep updated and sheltered legal documentation
Deal with contractors to get optimus services to ensure the reliability of measurement equipments and compliance of quality and legal requirements
Participate and advise new projects related to monitoring/measuring equipments
Responsible of radiology and maintain a certification (CNSNS) to operate and maintain X-Ray equipments
Gives support in not planned stops due to breakdowns in measurement and monitoring equipments
Track the breakdowns and give support in breakdowns analysis
Support both plants Salinas & Monterrey during peer vacations
Responsible of transfer technical capability to maintenance technicians and operators in order to comply with the trainning program
Track and close findings of calibrations and verifications reports and internal/external audits
Tracking of KPIs and KAIs of the area and pacticipate in Maintenance DMS
Keep updated the master data for measurement equipment in SAP
Participate in the implementation and maintain the calibration process in SAP
Give support in corrective maintenance and breakdowns maintenance in complex problems associated with measurement and monitoring equipments
Receive and lead internal and external audits
Collaborate close to HS&E and QM Pillars to guarantee the compliance of safety and quality requirements
Capable to Perform Calibrations in both plants (due the complexity to have a single person expert in calibration of all variables, between the two persons that will cover those positions in the HUB need to complement one to other to fill all expertice to calibrate all variables)

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) finished or truncated or Technical career (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) with experience in Calibration

Working Knowledge

2 Years of experience in similar positions
1 Year of experience in Internal Audits (ISO 90012008, FSSC 22000)
Experiencie en SAP, TPM, RCA tools

Abilities

Intermediate English (written and spoken)
Advanced understanding of working principle of monitoring/measuring equipments (Scales, X-Ray, Metal Detectors, Flow meters)
Demostrated Experience working with norms of Safety (OSHA, STPS, NFPA) and Quality (FDA, COFEPRIS, FSSC-22000, PAS96)
Autonomy to take decisions
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Proficient computer skills including
MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP)
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, HPWS & TPM
Ability to make reports of verifications and provide proper feedback to operators and maintenance technicians
Demonstrated experience solving complex technical problems using solving problems methods and formats
Demonstrated ability to organize and implement projects that improve reliability and low costs of maintenance
Experience using lean tools (RCA, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Criticality Analysis, etc)
Demonstrated experience in electronics repairs
