Carry out incoming, in process, pre-dispatch inspection and prepare inspection reports Develop & prepare PPAP documents for new product production according to customer s requirement Preparing PPAP documents ie Control plan/ FMEA/ Process capability chart / Process flow chart Knowledge of Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)Disposal of daily NC components & initiate corrective action against the NC Maintaining calibration records of instruments & gauges Handling instruments like Height measuring machine / Profile Projector /Contracer / 3 Wire units / Hardness testing machine / Roughness Tester / PMI/ Radiation survey meter
