Quality Assurance (Voice) experience proficient in auditing/monitoring calls, feedback techniques, using quality tools, time management, team building, etc
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver flawless quality feedbacks, audit findings, fact findings, etc
High Energy, Enthusiastic, Motivational, Team player
Advanced excel knowledge
Knowledge about Basic Tools of Quality and how to use them effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Hindi)
Strong people management and leadership skills
Candidate should posses critical thinking, good decision-making skills and analytical skills and awesome communication(verbal and written)
Looking for candidates with at-least 2-3 years of experience in the same domain, monitoring all the calls and ensuring the seamless flow of process
and procedures in the customer service domain
Looking for candidates with experience first as an agent then Quality but monitoring calls experience should be there more than a year
