Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in software testing-manual with strong ability to

Interact with test manager and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives

Grasp the requirements quickly

Design and create test conditions and scripts to effectively test business requirements

Arrive at the traceability matrix between requirements and test cases

Execute and analyse test results

Effective Defect reporting and Tracking using defect tracking tools

Database knowledge, mainly in Oracle/SQL Server

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self initiative and commitment to accomplish assigned tasks

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Track and provide appropriate status updates & risk escalations on Test progress to Test Manager

Has a flare for identifying and automating the regression/time consuming scenarios using freeware/market prevailing automation

tools

Prefer Immediate Joiners

Having a software certification is an advantage

Manual Testing with 2-5 years of experience

Automation skills in selenium and software certification are added advantage
