Qualification & Experience

Any Diploma/Degree/Graduate/PG holder with relevant experience in the area of expertise as per the requirement as mentioned herein

Job Profile

Logistics Personnels duties includes but not limited to being responsible for the overall supply chain management of products

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire Order Cycle by ensuring that distribution operations run smoothly so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction

• Organizing & monitoring the storage & distribution of products

• Manage warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers

Other Accountabilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

• Handling Logistics Operations Inbound & Outbound (Route mapping , Route allotment, GSE reporting)

• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

• Handling COD

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

• Coordinating with order taking & sourcing team

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

• Payment coordination with sales & GSE

• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

• Fuel sheet management

• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

• Duty roasters allotment

• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

• Comply with laws, regulations and other Government requirements

Desired Applicant Profile

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager

• Record of successful distribution and logistics management

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

• Proficient in standard logistics software

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
