Job Description:

Purchase Executive (immediate Joiner)

Bawal



- Check rates, SKD parts; identify the variances & missing spare parts & specific models & brands
- Should have experience in Manufacturing Experience
- Coordinate with product team for missing spare parts status
- Prepare PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) report by coordinating with Sales, MIS, Commercial Team
- Prepare shipment schedule PI no, PO no etc
- Follow-up with commercial team for purchase orders
- Get the Purchase Order signed from concerned Director
- Following up with product team for BIS certificate, LC no, LC data model, quantity etc
- Coordinate with OEM/ODM for shipment schedule
- Communicate schedule with manufacturing team & management
- Communicate to manufacturing team to arrange local procurement
- Follow up with Indian counterpart for delivery order for each shipment

Required Candidate profile

- Should have thorough knowledge of purchase accounting & Import / Exports
- Prior experience of dealing with CHA,Customs/ Mobile Company Experience give Advantage
- Good communication skills and persuasive abilities to handle internal and external customers
- Practical exposure to MS Excel
- Honest & trustworthy with good Communication
- Strong analytical and planning ability Perks and Benefits
