Tasks Your responsibilities

Updating of financial data in ProMIS for projects every month on time and follow up for approvals from all the levels
Maintaining project wise net working capital & Cash flow for all projects (Actual, estimates for future period & Budget)
Updating of financial data in ProMIS project reviews
Balance Sheet reviews with Shared Accounting Services Middle East for both units, drive meeting and taking corrective actions
Maintaining hedge file project wise with timely information to concerned for taking appropriate action
Supporting Local Product Group (LPG) Controllers in Profit & Loss Analysis & Budget activities
Assessment of Risk, Contingencies & opportunities of Projects as per US GAAP Accounting & Reporting Guidelines
Supporting Project managers for forecast of revenue & Cash flow and various reports to ensure projects are in right direction
Current estimate updation in SAP
Coordinate for generating Back Charge Invoices to ABB entities and follow up for collection for QA PGGI
Payment report project wise, PO wise & vendor wise
Updating cost center budget in SAP
Closing of Sale Orders/projects in SAP
Supporting LPG Controllers in Year end Statutory Audit as well as Internal Audit
Preparation of Group Financial Template, Cash Flow and other side reporting to perform Project Controller Role

Requirements A Bachelor degree with a reputed university
8-10 Years working experience in business finance, preferably in controlling of Substation Projects/Business of a large MNC
Working experience in SAP FICO
User knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication Skills
High level of professionalism, self motivation, sense of urgency and ability to work independently
Strong Analytical skills
Willingness to travel based on requirement
