Indicative Requirement

- Preparing & Achieving AOP Revenue Targets and Reduction of O&M Cost

- Monitoring Toll Operation & Identifying critical Issue and periodical update to Management

- Attending and resolving the Routine and Periodic/Major Maintenance issues on regular basis

- Ensuring timely and necessary measures to up keep the projects as per CA

- Ensure completion of Capital Projects (COS) in budgeted time and cost

- Ensure Safety at site by implementing various mitigation measures

- Ensure Industrial peace (especially with regard to places where Unions are present)

- Implementation of best practices for (a) Toll collection and (b) Operations and Maintenance

- Networking and communication with Stakeholders, NHAI, Industry body, Operators, other authorities and concessionaires

- Co-ordinating CSR activities and sustainability of objectivesIndicative Requirement
