The Role Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible to perform and deliver the Project/Program objectives as per guidelines/standards

The PM will work with relevant teams and stakeholders to deliver project objectives (includes but not limited to requirement management, traceability maintenance, technology delivery, change management, testing, implementation support, user training etc), prepare financial reporting, project status and other reports as required
The role will also be responsible for follow-ups and reporting on compliance to stakeholders and relevant parties
Update and manage all document repositories and sites related to the assigned Projects/Programs (Project Document Repository, SharePoint, The Bridge & Clarity PPM)
Always Follow best practices and change management protocols for projects/programs for multiple streams

Program/Project support

Ensure Project deliverables are maintained end to end accurately (project summary info, budget, status, resource demand & supply, cost figures, major risk/issues/dependencies Red-Amber-Green (RAG) status) in Clairty PPM
Create and Maintain quality Project status outputs to be provided to Senior Stakeholders and Governance Committees
Maintain and update the Project Document Repository (PDR) accurately for audit support and compliance
Track Project / Programme Financials and assist Project/Program Manager with forecasting and financial reporting

Stakeholder Management

Work effectively with stakeholders and Other interface Project Managers to ensure
Support Project/Program manager in liaising with other teams within Country, Region and Group to ensure effective collaboration and insight into dependencies

Project Lifecycle & quality analysis

Analyse and interpret data provided by Projects to provide insight on Project quality and to support continuous improvement and innovation
Oversee Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and Benefits Realisation Ownership handovers at Project closure
Conduct gap and root cause analysis based on analytical findings

Behavioural / Communication Skills

Discipline & Follow-up tenacity - Crucial
Excellent Written & Spoken English - Crucial
Stakeholder Management possess the ability to work with and direct Stakeholders across a range of functions and seniority levels

Our Ideal Candidate

Graduate / Post Graduate with

At least 8+ year of overall experience with exposure to project management
Advance Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Project)
Advance proficiency in Clarity / similar Project reporting systems
Project Management Qualification / certification (PMP / CSM / PSM)
