Job Description:

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of project planning and development, and will work collaboratively with other teams The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating strategic projects from start to finish by managing resources and developing requirements Your goal will be to drive projects forward always keeping in mind how this project effects the valuation of the company and your role in increasing company’s value

Job Duties

· Responsible for keeping business owners motivated and following your timeline While also resolving conflicts and making hard decisions focusing on what is best for the business

· Ability to multi-task and set priorities for the employees and management

· Document every step of the project and share information with key stakeholders

· Broadly communicate updates and/or changes to the business owners ensuring that you are aware of how changes can impact their teams

· Analyze data and make decisions that solve problems and affect strategic company initiatives

· Responsible for developing and monitoring metrics surrounding on time delivery of project requirements

· Create a post mortem report after every project to analyze the success and failures so we continue to improve our processes
