Job Description:

Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required

Prepares project reports for management, client, or others

Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages varied subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of varied employees in the Engineering, Sourcing, Materials and Quality Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units Also directly supervises varied non-supervisory employees Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
