Job Description:

The Project Manager leads and manages multiple medium and Large-scale project independently and ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget

Key Responsibilities

Project manager who has independently lead and managed different types of projects (end to end) Expert in stakeholder management

Is Expert in managing tasks and project deliverables with regular updates to stakeholders Is Expert in communicating and building good rapport with stakeholders 

Presents viewpoints and complex ideas in a comprehensible manner

Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team

Familiar with processes, tools and metrics related to Project Management Manage Dependencies, Assumption and Action Logs

Setting up governance and tracking timeline & milestone Carry out effective sales promotion activities

Identify and appoint distributors able to support penetration efforts Train distributors on products and applications

Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments

Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales

Requires solid negotiation skills and market intelligence Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs

Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Leading governance calls and providing project status to management

Project monitoring and creating status reports Manage risk/issues and ensure mitigation, in order to minimize their impact of the project

Budget management, tracking and forecasting Is able to plan projects based on the budget allocated and raises early waring indicators

Prepare project forecasts, regular and final project reports, and develop other documents required for project management

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate

Project resource allocation Maintaining lessons learnt

Able to build Adhoc reports as requested by understanding the logic and objective to be conveyed
