Job Description:

We are looking to hire a PMO to oversee Sales and CRM function in order to drive P&L of the business with direct reporting into Managing Director of the company

- Manage teams to enhance cash flow turn around by 100%

- Conduct review meetings with business leaders to track performance

- Constantly evaluate the action plan for business continuity

- Perform necessary course correction to achieve targets

- Design trackers and templates for effective monitoring and reporting

- Identify business risks and recommend appropriate resolutions

- Manage resource assignment and work allocation for running operations smoothly

- Provide progress status, delays and issues to the management in timely manner

- Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to teams

- Mentor and inspire teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry
