Job Description:

Job Responsibilities Reviewing and Analyse current systems
Excellent requirement understanding and design as well as coding skills asper coding standards and best practices
Execute Feasibility Study, Proof of Concept and preparing high level design/solution withprecise Effort Estimation within reasonable time is one of the importantresponsibility
Presenting ideas for system improvements and quality improvements
Producing detailed specifications, Preparing / verifying Technical Design, UAT documents
Guiding and getting work done fromteam mates on time and deliver quality products
Review code and functionality prepared by teamAs and when required, Code debugging and troubleshooting in effective way
Make sure team follows defined coding standards and suggest improvement in coding standards
Work directly with clients to understand and find creative solutions to the problem statement
Work in shifts whenever required which is dependent on customer territory
Create and Maintain high CSAT
Utilize your and teams knowledge as well experience to help pre-sales and sales team to convert Enquiries in to Orders

Required Skills Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to work in a team and lead the team
An understanding of business Processes
Good analytical skills and behavioural skills
Demonstrates the ability to brainstorm and come out with new and innovative ideas and ways of doing things
Adaptability towards change in process and product

Required Technical Skills Should have - Experience in Functional as well as Technical aspects of ERP | CRM | HR
Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, advanced Java/NET, SQL database and JQuery
Should be aware about Suite Script
Should be aware about methods of integrating third party applications with NetSuite
Should be aware about Defining and Consuming Web Services

Good to have Experience in writing code using Java, JavaScript, Suite Script and Web Services is preferable
Knowledge of NetSuites Suite Commerce would be an advantage
Knowledge of AJAX

Excellent to have - Suite Foundation Certification
Suite Developer Certification
