Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Client Partner Executive you are a Trusted Business Partner, Primary Focal and Owner for all account & contract activities
You will work with the client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and apply this knowledge to establish and implement an Account Strategy
Your key focus areas would be client relationship management, delivering on commitments to clients and achieving financial objectives of profitable revenue growth while creating an environment for growth and innovation
You will lead, motivate, integrate and orchestrate the account organization into an excellent team to deliver value of IBMs products and services to your client Overall owner of contract, negotiates contract amendments and changes on behalf of IBM
Single point of contact to the client and owns overall communications plan with the client
Owner of client satisfaction results, and is responsible for all set/met agreements with the client and DPE
Owner of revenue, profit and loss (P&L), growth objectives (opportunity identification, qualification, and pricing)
Setter of strategic business direction and works with the client steering committee for forecasting needs
Provider of business direction to DPE and is advocate to Client for DPE and service delivery
Responsible for bringing Innovation Topics to the client and supporting the DPE in locating service delivery operational innovation examples
Improve team work across IBM to appear seamless and one voice to the customer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Business Management Manage account profit and loss
Perform contract management
Grow the base through identifying new opportunities
Single point of contact for client requirements
Ensure accuracy and predictability in outlooks and forecasts

Leadership and Client Relationship Management Responsible for client satisfaction and the overall client relationship
Become/remain an IBM reference with attainment of at least 1 C-suite reference
Lead delivery partners to drive continual improvements in quality delivery of service
Drive base growth across the territory in collaboration with LOB partners and sales organizations

Program and Project Management Leverage the set/met process and drive work activities with a client centric focus
Lead negotiations on new opportunities, resolution of business-critical issues, contract addendums, or service scope changes
Lead an effective management system that promotes high quality account and support teamactivities Technology Hybrid IT, Cloud and Security
