Key Result Areas

1 Co-ordinate for statutory approvals for projects 2 Co-ordination with Authorities for companys property related matters

3 Pursuing land matters for industrial expansion

The incumbent will be responsible for liaison activities for Khalapur Project

1 Process proposals for services viz Water Supply, Drainage Disposal, Electricity supply, for Industrial Maintenance and Housing Projects undertaken by company

2 Co-ordination and communication with External Consultants for design and Government Authorities for statutory approvals for projects

3 Verification of inputs received from Consultant, and timely release written communication in consultation with all concerned

4 Timely statutory payments relating to companys properties

5 Assist Legal Department in their submissions and filing appeals in land matters

6 Maintenance of non-agricultural Tax payment data

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential

- Communication skills - Team player - Result oriented - Knowledge of 1 M S office 2 BMC Act, MRTP Act, and development control regulations, MLRC 1966
