Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the estimation, planning and facilitating of all development projects within the development team

Allocation of sprint work ensuring all scrum teams are working at their capacity

Iterative review of sprint work within sprints to ensure timely delivery

Assigning and management of pull requests ensuring all reviews are being performed in a timely manner

Facilitation of sprint ceremonies

Facilitating retrospectives Taking minutes, taking down actions and ensuring the team are following up actions from retrospectives

Facilitating sprint planning, providing support to each scrum teams respective scrum master

Tracking and facilitation of projects and associated work being carried out

Updating status reports for all active projects ensuring the business is appropriately informed about progress

Reporting on and tracking of multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery

Reporting on any projects that are likely to be delayed or miss their target and reporting this back as early as possible
