Our mission in Selling Partner Risk Operations (SPRO) is to make Amazoncom the safest place to transact online, and we are seeking a Program Manager to own the design, implementation and efficiency of our large scale, global, quality and learning processes

A successful candidate will excel at working collaboratively with stakeholders, enjoys working through ambiguity, can operate at different levels of the organization as required, and is able to break complex needs into scalable Operations processes

The Program Manager main responsibilities include
Own end to end process implementation of new quality defect programs and modification to existing programs with a focus on scalability
Contribute to process and policy creation in collaboration with external business teams
Coordinate daily with internal and external stakeholders across the globe to identify, track, report, and resolve performance and incoming issues for existing Operations processes
Scale existing processes through efficiency and yield analysis, Kaizens, tool and investigation demos
Work with internal teams, like QA, training, and operations to understand process gaps, and providing learning solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
6 years of program management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience working in a metrics driven environment
Proven experience with process improvement
Demonstrated ability independently through ambiguity to accomplish challenging goals
Proven analytic skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications
Moderately-complex medium to large scale project management experience from initiation to delivery

Experience working in an Operations environment, driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact
Proven analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyze large, complex data sets
Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills
Ability to drive projects efficiently in a cross-functional environment by establishing respect and confidence in the business and technical communities
MBA or Masters degree in related field
