Job Description:

Elevate is recruiting a Program Manager to join its Transition and Transformation Team (3T) We are looking for a driven professional, who is passionate about team collaboration, communication and delivering high-quality results

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using Elevates implementation methodology in a fast-paced environment You will also act as the primary point of contact for the project team throughout the implementation phase and work with Elevate stakeholders to deliver an Elevated Experience for our customers As Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer implementations and Elevate internal strategic initiatives by organizing project milestones, defining program governance, leading meetings, prepare regular project status reports and monitoring project scope, timelines and quality You will play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate resources, process and tools as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team

We need a professional with

Excellent track record in previous customer support/service engagements
Good understanding of cloud based software solutions and ability to leverage their value
High level of problem solving and decision making is required to manage multiple projects to achieve business goals
Ability to work on multiple projects and successfully manage multiple stakeholders
Analytical, innovative and can build rapport with internal and external customers - has a keen eye for attention to detail and takes personal pride in producing quality output
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with global citizens

Specifically, this role will involve

Organizing and leading project status and working meetings
Developing project plans, dashboards and other project-related materials
Preparing and distributing regular project status updates and minutes with team members
Escalating and managing risks and issues
Assisting in team development while holding the team accountable for their deliverables
Ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project and encourage a high level of quality
Supporting the stakeholders in managing customer expectations for the project deliverables
Designing and development of Project Management material for 3T knowledgebase training materials, templates, forms and procedures, in addition to delivering training

Essential experience and skills

At least 8 years of Program/Project Management and/or Operations experience in the Legal/BPO/KPO/LPO industry
Excellent track record in previous customer support/service engagements
Good understanding of cloud based software solutions and ability to leverage their value

Technical skills

Six Sigma Green or Black belt, Agile Scrum or PMP certification will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Suite - Online Project Management platforms eg Quick Base
Proficiency in MS Project


Bachelors in any field
PMP or Prince2 Certification a must
MBA preferred from a reputed university
