Job Description:

Our client is a leading automotive company in India and is looking for a program manager for 6-8 months who will be responsible for leading multiple initiatives as part of the digital transformation program

Specific Duties

- Must have experience of technology/IT project/program management

- Manages the full project/program management life cycle of given projects/programs

- Experience of handling internal and business change management in the capacity of project/program manager

- Creates and executes detailed project schedules with dependencies, and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Good experience with MS-Project or similar tools

- Good understanding of DevOps and its usage in the project and post-project closure

- Good team player and collaborator

- Prepares for stakeholder reviews Provides both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues, and makes recommendations on project decisions

- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Serves as supervisory control over project scope, milestones, contract management, providing analytical guidance to the project teams

- Develops and maintains lessons-learned inputs in the project repository for utilization on future projects

- Defines required project management and SDLC processes for successfully executing projects

Desired Skills and Experience

- Bachelors degree BTech

- Willingness to travel up to 20%

- Overall 7-10 years experience, out of which 3-6 years of managing IT projects dealing with Software Development (SDLC)

- Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors

- Experience managing 3rd party support vendors General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
