What you will be doing

As an Alliance Manager youll be part of a team that is central to Alternative Solutions & Data Management (ASDM) growth strategy In this role youll be responsible for managing the operations of the Alliance Program, establishing and nurturing executive level relationships and defining and executing go-to-market plans Our Alliance Program compliments Investrans Professional Services team by enhancing global reach and providing specialty consulting expertise Our Alliance Partners and Investran Professional Services teams work together to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers

Alliance managers have a breadth of responsibilities Those activities include

As Program Manager, Consulting Alliance Program you will be responsible for overall Strategy and Business Development related to 3rd party consulting alliances

Relationship Management - Establish, manage, and support a meeting cadence to foster strong executive relationships between Investran and our partners Work with leaders to understand key criteria & KPIs for the alliance and keep management apprised of the health of the relationships

Identifying new markets opportunities and emerging trends, recommend new products/services, writes proposals and plans, and guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements

Onboarding new, strategic Alliance Partners to support global business

Alliances Operations - Act as the Chief Operating Officer of the alliance

Build and maintain the strategic alliance plan, coordinating with professional services leadership, to keep an up-to-date view of the business plan highlighting GTM approach, top priorities, our capabilities and financial goals for the alliance

Work with Investran sales executives to ensure optimal usage of the partnership Facilitate recurring pipeline sessions

Track Pipeline with both Sales and Professional Services stakeholders

Hone existing and develop new service offerings of the partnership

Act as central point of contact for all things related to the Alliance Partnership

Establish and maintain clear and consistent reporting

Participate in global coordination

Work with Investran Academy on training approaches

Facilitate monthly executive stakeholder sessions related to Alliance Program health, market strategies and issues encountered/managed

Manage all aspects of alliance communications

What you bring

8 years professional experience with 2-5 years focused on alliance management or equivalent experience working with vendors

Working knowledge of Private Equity and cloud technologies

Ability to articulate value proposition of a partnership program

Ability to foster and drive relationships within the relevant Investran business units and partner firms

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives

Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Willingness to travel up to 20 PERCENT

Strong network within financial services technology

Experience working in or with FinTech software organizations

Experience working in or with Software Consulting / Professional Services organizations


Ability to navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization

Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames

Ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders to develop joint go-to-market sales and solution opportunities

Excellent team player Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates in times of increased workload

Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, upbeat and enthusiastic

Strong executive presence, complimented by clear and convincing communication skills to respective client teams through oral, written, and formal presentation mediums

High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent and predictable follow-up

Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and market impact
