This role requires a thinker who can relate to the strategic vision and apply tactical prowess You will need to independently identify gaps and communicate ideas, solutions and concerns as well as mitigation plans in areas pertaining to processes, iterations and the continuous improvements


IDC specific programs and Initiatives Plan and Track IDC specific programs and initiatives, such as Customer Facing Development projects (CFDs), and events such as Appreciation weeks, Fun events, Team outings etc
Administrative support - Provides administrative support to relieve managers and staff of administrative details
Data Analysis Analyze excel spreadsheets / information as and when needed Ability to quickly comprehend and summarize large amounts of data, ability to slice and dice data to derive insights out of it, ability to come up with data driven presentations for senior management
Ability to succinctly and effectively highlight and showcase team achievements
Presentations/ Slides - Prepare presentation slides/decks for the management to show case all the operations related activities such as staffing, hiring / attrition trends, events etc
Trainings - Arrange for training of new hires on the products Coordinate between the trainers, assigned mentors and the new hires
Hiring - Coordinate with recruitment team for sourcing profiles Schedule meetings with hiring managers and recruitment team to get the status updates and address any challenges Maintain the hiring and attrition trends to provide useful insights to the management that would enable taking appropriate decisions related to hiring
Travel Requests in the org - Follow up and coordinate with managers for the abroad travel requests for any of the resources in the Oracle Commerce group
Staffing - Maintain the overall staffing sheet across the org through coordination across the managers Timely report the staffing sheet to senior management
Space Allocations - Manage the space allocation on the floor for all the employees in the org Coordinate with other orgs to ensure that the space is managed effectively
Pulse Surveys - Create, manage and analyse employee surveys and present to management
Pick up other operational initiatives as and when needed to support the management and for the overall benefit and growth of the organizational

Skill Sets

Problem solving - Can you see risk and how to avoid it This role requires someone that can spot issues, prioritize and mitigate in accordance with priorities and risk appetite You must also know how to ask the tough questions of several different teams & get them to support the common goal Problems can also have downstream impacts, so this role must be good with awareness of overarching project & timelines, identify and manage dependencies, plan to avoid surprises/risks as much as possible and be able to influence up and down the chain of command
Change Agility & Leadership - We need someone who can see opportunities for improvement and make changes quickly This includes all aspects - writing up new processs, answering emails and support requests and being able to drive change in compressed timelines effectively with awareness and inclusion across impacted teams
Communication & Status - Provide consistent communication and have the ability to drive operations activities, providing consistent status reporting for both peer level and executive level

Other Requirements

Comfortable with leading meetings and presentations
Extremely detail orientated and understand that there is not much time during the day to sit quietly so being good on planning ahead is key to this role
Comfortable with quickly changing priorities and tasks
Expert in MS Excel, Powerpoint and familiarity with Project/Visio tools
Curiosity for how systems and processes work and how to utilize them to gain efficiencies
Easy going and a positive attitude even when under an extreme amount of pressure

Basic Qualifications

5 to 8 years experience in the business/operations program management role
MBA from a reputed Business school Preferably a PMP
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical and leadership skills
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending Monitor the project from initiation through delivery Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment Fully competent in own area of expertise May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred
