Job Description:


 



·     Achieve sales targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance



·  Achieve sales, gross profit, and profit sharing goals through recruitment, development, marketing, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team;



·        Ensure the Profit Center meets or exceeds the service expectations demanded by each customer group;



·  Should be generating business / revenue through Retail, Corporate and College and will be accountable for all the three;



·  Responsible for forecasting business, team planning and budgeting for the respective center;



·         Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase sales, improve productivity, and manage expenses including cost cutting



·    Work towards building and keeping up the brand value of Evolet Centre of Excellence



·      Plan and achieve the monthly targets and  responsible to ensure all collectibles are being realized on time and less drop outs / cancellation of registrations and no collections are due for longer than the due date



·     Ensure to have an effective co-ordination with the marketing team and service delivery team (technical team) for batch planning and allocation and delivery of services 



·   Ensure that no false commitment is made either from the marketing team, placement team or the technical team or any other team at the respective center 



·         Assist the placement team (Consultancy Manager/ Placement Coordinator) for all the placement related activities which also includes the Saturday activity class, Job fair, Campus Drive etc as and when needed 



·         Effectively resolve all the student related issues (if any) that arises;



·          Ensure that there are no re-funds because of the false commitment or the fault of any of the team member, then the refund amount should be borne by the centre manager and his team 



·          Attrition rate in the respective center belongs to the Center Manager 



·           A center manager cannot be biased / partial to any customer or employee at any given time and the same will not be entertained Being so would be an ethical issue and the same is addressed in the appointment letter   



·  Should cooperate with the Audit and Process teams during audit and work with them on the audit feedback and bring out POA as per the same



·         Any other duties may be assigned as the management feels necessary at any given point of time
