Should be > Provide technical assistance and support 24x7 for incoming queries and issues related to IT systems > have strong database skills > know Unix > know ServiceNow or any ticketing tool > know Incident and Problem Management > be proactive and interact with clients whenever there are issues > respond to queries either in person or over the phone > be able to deal with escalations > have very good communication skills > understand how teams work and coordinate for issues > be able to run conference bridge when there is an outage > prioritize tickets based on established guidelines for technical support teams to analyze and resolve > provide metrics and reporting on incidents > analyze requirements for automating the monitoring tasks for all applications in scope using Client selected tool
