Experience in a Technical Support role or Admin Support Specialist role
- Expert understanding of a ticketing system (ZenDesk/service now)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS or JavaScript is required
- Prior experience in a customer service role is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in configuring or administering a ticketing system will be a plus
