Job description
To recruit , train and develop employees so as to achieve companys goals and targets
To conduct corporate processes like job evaluation and rotation and talent management
Proper Performance management of existing employees including activities like annula salary increase , bonus management , target achieved and other related tasks
Conducting training programs for both the staff and the workers on regular basis
To develop good working relations with the Unions in the area
Maintain proper employee database of the comapany by maintaining records of existing employees , new employees and new candidates applying to the company
To ensure that the HR documents are prepared in a manner that confirms to all government laws and regulations
To work with coordination with all the departments in the manner that takes company forward in all aspect
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR or any related disciplne concerning HR Masters degree an advantage
Minimum 2yrs of working experience in HR leadership role
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word , Excel , Power Point and Outlook
Must be fluent in English , both spoken and written
Complete working knowledge of all HR functions including organisation diagnosis , organisation transformation , strategic planning , training and development , recruitment , compensation , employee benefits and realtions etc
Good Communication , Presentation and leadership Skills,
