At Zeta, our people are our greatest asset The role of a Product Training Specialist is to build robust product learning content for all products under Zeta S/He will be responsible to design and deliver content for all training methodologies, in-class training, webinars, blended learning, and e-learning to all employees of Zeta (all while meeting our business objectives)

The role holder will be the first point of contact for product learning queries and apply knowledge of instructional design and adult learning to design, develop, and deliver engaging training for all employees at Zeta

What is the job like Support the Training team in preparing training delivery plans and training documentation both for standard and customized process
Conduct training needs analysis for custom training requests (both for individuals and teams) along with measuring training effectiveness
Design eLearning and microlearning content, create content (slides) and facilitate guides for Instructor Led Training
Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge and related technologies
Deliver Instructor Led Training or product-focused presentations online
Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced members of the team as and when required
Deliver product training modules (soft skills would be an added advantage)
Evaluate various training techniques (eg gamification, case studies and group activities)
Observe and identify areas of improvements and ensure the learnings are adopted and implemented by the members on the job
Collaborate with various stakeholders involved and act as a performance consultant
Work on enhancing the experience and product knowledge for new hires who join the system
Work cross-functionally and collaborate with SMEs during all phases of development and delivery as required
Strong in project & stakeholder management
Monitor program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact and regularly report the outcome to business
Create and maintain project plans for development and delivery projects
Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules

Who can apply for this role Bachelors degree in any field with MBA / PGDM Diploma Degree is preferable
Relevant experience of 3 years managing and training on a key product for an organization
Experience supporting various types of training - classroom, virtual (webex), multi-media, and online learning(LMS)Strong communication skills including oral and written communication skills Should have the ability to convey messages in a concise manner
Adhering to SLAs of Training and DeliveryGood knowledge and network of IT Trainers, training Vendors, and Industry with a flair of Technology awareness
Ability to simultaneously manage training logistics for multiple deliveries and work as an individual contributor and/or within a team to achieve goals
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time
Strong project and time management skills
MS Office proficiency, including strong PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques/
