About the team

This position is required to manage our client facing projects and incident management to ensure we meet our client Services Level Agreements This position manages and enforces global PIM procedures amongst PTS PIM staff This position communicates / directs internal stakeholders to enforce live SLA compliance with the PTS business, Client Experience, CIO group, FIS EIM, and others The position is required to own and manage SLA compliance, incident management participation, and delivery of contractual post mortem action items

What you will be doing

Ensure that the client is well informed and prepared for all exchange-mandated initiatives
Interact with clients in presentations, data gathering, and analysis activities
Manage client open issues log and work with client to prioritize issues
Act as the clients advocate within FIS PTS applications
Attend and facilitate scheduled status meeting, trainings, and support solutions onsite at client
Manage the research and implementation of daily and ongoing issues related to product functionality
Attend internal meetings with Product Managers, members of the development staff, and sales to advance the progress of the clients open issues
Oversee the creation and writing of management overviews and functional specifications for custom programs
Oversee client installations and implementations
Follow projects through from inception to delivery in order to insure delivery dates are met or client is apprised of any changes to the delivery schedule
Work with technical staff to document processes and procedures
Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Some remote off hours support is required

What you bring

Bachelors Degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience (High school diploma or GED for job levels I and II)
Knowledge of FIS products (GMI, UBIX, Clearvision, FIS CD MA, FIS CD TC) and services
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
Organizational and time management skills required
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong problem solving skills
Experience working with databases(Oracle, Sybase, Sqlserver)
Experience troubleshooting and configuring the following technologies (MQ Series, network connectivity, FIX/FIXML/FPML, SQL, Citrix)
Strong communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a dynamic environment
Strong client support and/or client relationship management

Added bonus if you have

Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus; personal banking experience preferred
