ABOUT THE TEAM

The Product Support Representative I position will be located at our Milwaukee, WI office

We are an exciting team of 9 You will have a lot of team collaboration, enjoy working in a fun environment and also have the ability to work independently There is room for advancement within this group

WHAT YOU BRING

5 years in the banking/Financial industry

5 years of Customer/Client Services experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

5 years of Project Management

SQL knowledge

Excel and Office knowledge

You will have outstanding analytical skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be assigned tasks which will include cross training

Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries

Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions

Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters

Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action

Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
