Job Description:

Handling a team of L2 team for trading/ technical support
Analyzing daily MIS for ongoing issues/ complains raised by customers/ internal teams
Giving end to end solution to customer complains for all trading applications with the help of internal teams (if any coordination is required)
Tracking of all mails/ issues reported and work on to close the critical open issues on timely basis
Maintaining a quality support for trading / technical support by continuously monitoring/ analyzing recordings of team members
Testing of UAT/ CUG/ Live mobile app builds on regular basis as and when required
Tracking of mails come from vendors/ internal teams and responding to them in time
Analyzing the type of complains reported by customers and escalate in case repetitive issues are observed in specific time interval,
