The team, ODC, Product Management-India team is an extended team responsible for working on Platform Vision, Enhancements, and Integrations We work with our customers, partners, and internal engineering teams to come up with innovative solutions and then product manage end-2-end delivery

Primary responsibilities include

Requirements / Features Management

An individual who transitioned from Java full stack developer to Product Managerment as this role requires an indepth understanding of API-First strategy

Develop a deep understanding of ODC & other Oracle platforms including the analytical methodologies, internal processes and go-to-market pricing and positioning across a series of end consumers including the worlds largest advertisers and media partners

Partner with Sales & Solutions teams in scoping custom client requests and finding the highest value solution

Ensure product requirements and service level agreements are clearly defined and delivered through ODC shared services teams

Actively participate in industry meetings and trade shows for the purpose of promoting our understanding of, and position within, the industry and new business development

Customers

Identify Industry Trends and define Industry facing data products that align with ODC Vertical Customers

Develop external positioning strategy and provide clear value propositions that address specific client needs in a vertical(s)

Champion key client and vertical-specific initiatives that support the evolution of our audience, measurement, context portfolio and ensure requisite development work is prioritized

Partners

Identify and Develop internal and external data partnership that enable creative and unique data products that Advertisers can use from targeting to optimization and measurement of their advertising and marketing functions

Manage interactions with key external strategic media partners that support product portfolio

Integration with other Oracle products/platforms

Collaborate with the Enterprise Product, Engineering and Data Operations teams to manage product integrations, rollouts, communication of Vertical Product and Platform changes to ODC and external stakeholders

Collaborate with the broader ODC vertical team to ensure audience, context, and measurement products are well positioned within broader ODC product suite

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree from accredited university Post Graduate degree a plus

5 8 years of experience in product management role in AdTech, MarTech platform technology related industry

Must have indepth understanding of platforms like DMP, CDP, Eloqua, Reponsys, Infinity and/or competitive products

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications Communicate product strategy and functionality Initiate and foster relationships with other groups Review product documentation and collateral Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area 1 year of software engineering or related experience
