Responsibilities

- Responsible for conceptualisation, definition, planning and execution of the core Retail B2C Product

- Lead market, user research; develop strategy, product road map and design of new products and product features to deliver as per the team and company goals

- Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals

Requirement

- 5-8 years of overall experience with very strong consumer facing Product Management expertise

- Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle

- Understanding of customers- needs and aspirations deeply (be a customer champion)

- Passionate about building a great product

- A deep understanding of consumer behaviour which will support product delivery from concept to implementation

- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mind-set Strong sense of urgency and ownership
