Designation Product Manager

The role of the Product Manager is to execute the websites and multi-channel initiatives corporate wide to maximize revenue, profits and our customers experience for assigned business segment and Work cross-functionally and with Senior Management to ensure efficient and effective execution of strategy and roadmap Role

- Own the website as a platform

- Guide the success of Product and lead a cross functional team responsible for improving it

- Set the vision, strategy, roadmap and feature definition for the e-commerce platform

- Research, review, recommend and implement new technology solutions to optimize website front end and back end performance

- Create a feature rich ecommerce platform with specific focus on the design tool

- Own the creative process for generating, developing and curating new ideas for the development of the platform

- Plan feature releases and timelines for delivery with tech dev teams

- Build a team that interfaces between business and technology

- Build the systems and processes that form the bridge between business teams and developmemt teams

- Build the cataloguing and UX functions Lead the personalization initiative for the platform

- Provide a CRO and A/B testing roadmap and manage the function

- Capture the next 100,000 users through a stellar converting website Manage the conversion funnel on the website

- Manage front end buyer experience, back end admin experience

- Manage the relationship with development teams

- Set up a vendor platform

- Develop all customer wireframes and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services

Professional Competencies

- 5-7 years Proven experience as a Product manager or similar role in E-commerce

- 3-5 years consumer facing product experience

- Agile experience is preferred

- Experience in e-commerdce Product lifecycle management

- Strong understanding of relevant technology capabilities/constraints with R + F platforms; familiarity with common web/mobile platforms/techniques

- Should have a deep understanding of requirements gathering and documentation practices as well as experience in software and database development methodologies, conducting competitive research & analysis and the ability to leverage analytics to support the development of a strategic product roadmap for assigned business segments (corporate, contract, retail & services)

- Hands on experience on development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the e-commerce strategy

- Experienced in management of the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns

- Ability to develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing

- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce

- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

- Aware and up-to-date with the most cutting edge techniques in e-commerce platform development globally

- Solution-oriented, customer obsessed, strongly focused on delivering on project/product requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative
