Candidates Required for Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Mumbai, Lucknow, Nagpur locations
1 Performance & growth of assigned therapies/products/brands portfolio 2 Therapies Promotion & Marketing Strategies & Budget (Promotion Plans, Communication Strategies, STP for products, USPs, Pricing/Scheme, Campaigns, Incentives, Monitoring & Feedback)
3 Design & development of literatures, brochures, clinical inputs, and other promo-tools (With Creative Studio, With Outside agencies, With Consultants, With vendors and purchase)
4 Training & Development of Team Members
5 Identifying New Opportunities (Market Survey Meeting consultants/customers/Team Feedbacks Secondary & Primary source, New Products Launches - Design & Development with NPD team and production)
6 Field Work for (To oversee execution of products/therapy marketing strategies, Understand Competition, Clinical Trends, Meeting Selected KOLs Higher level of scientific communications on products FABs, understanding Customer preferences, views, Conferences Participation, New Ideas, Better Alignment of HO and Sales on Marketing Aspects)
7 Monitoring of Marketing Information System (Market Size, Growth, Trends for products, therapies, Dr Calls, KoL Meeting, Promo tools utilizations, Feedback, Competition and market pricing, scheme, market share, ROI from Marketing Promotion Activities, Products P&L)
8 Co-ordinate with Consultants & Medical Advisors (Technical Ideas, Input designs, queries, Corporate Relationship)
9 Co-ordination with Supply Chain (Products Availability on case to case basis, Sample allocation, Complained Products samples replacement, Stock Transfer on case to case basis)
10 Co-ordination with Purchase (Purchase of promo-tools from vendors, Communicate specification of items and better cost)
12 Product Query Handling (Timely Replies and feedback to team, customer queries, Co-ordinate with consultants)
13 Product Complaint Handling (Collect PCR from Sales Team, Co-ordinate between CQA/Sales Team, Ensure Replies)
14 Cycle Meeting for Marketing Plans presentation to sales team for next cycle, New Launches, Campaigns, New Visual Aids, Promo-tools
15 Corporate Branding through Conferences
Required Candidate profile
o Passionate Go-getter and a good team player
o Posses excellent communication & interpersonal skills
o Having 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
o Demonstrates initiative and ready to take challenges
o Demonstrates understanding of current trends in pharma industry
o Develops trust, respect, and a working relationship with customers
o Candidate should be open to travel due business requirement
