Job Description:

The Position is for Procurement and Admin Coordinator The job involves day to day procurement and good understanding on the procurement process

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement

1Manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes

2Implement procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices

3Work with finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting

4Process Vendor Manager in vendor selection, management and performance

5Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business

6Negotiation with New contracts and working on the agreements

7Coordination with Legal on the agreements

8Re-negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend

9Create documentations necessary for the acquisition of materials and services

10Review the documentation, supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice

11Provide updates about procurement related progress and potential delays on a daily basis to the management

12Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met

13Analyse market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends

ADMIN -

14Preparing Org charts

15Handing and preparing excel data ( spreadsheet)

16Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events

17Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments

18Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering

19Handles expenses and billing cycles

20Manages visitors

21Maintains stock lists record and orders office supplies as needed

22Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
