About the opportunity Department Description

Fidelity Global Procurement has recently been formed to consolidate Procurement functions across the regions; it consists of approximately 30 staff based across India, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific The team manages approximately $600m of spend split between technology and non-technology categories Currently the team is undertaking a global transformation programme to ensure it meets the organisation values and priorities

Purpose of your role

An interesting opportunity has arisen within Fidelity for an experienced P2P Senior Analyst The company recently implemented a Global independent Procurement Function and re-designed processes and systems to improve efficiencies and standardise work, we are seeking an experienced purchase to pay specialists to help facilitate and develop these processes in order to achieve the companys core strategies

Key Responsibilities

Be accountable for whole T&E process for your specific region
Provide valuable support to business users about T&E related inquiries
Managing all administrative and business queries on T&E via the central mailbox and on call
Understanding business needs and provide managed service solution and triage to the right business channel
To implement a culture of risk management including identifying key risks and implementing mitigating controls, regular reviews & monitoring of key risks and controls
Providing end user training and to become centre of excellence for day to day support on T&E process
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of department priorities -- specifically, supporting better customer experience, relevant management reporting, risk reduction, and efficiency
Following up with business partners to ensure assessment forms are received and all information is updated
Run various expense data reports for finance and business per requirements
Processing T&E claims and monitor claim submission status
Maintaining employee master data in financial system
Executing corporate credit card administrator role to be responsible for statement, payment, card application/cancellation/transfer, credit limit review and change etc
Support month end processing
Ensure process improvements in line with FIL policies
Maintain process documentation
Participation in project such as process/system enhancement and so on
Support your managers for all management decisions in relation to work scope and resource arrangements
Provide valuable support to key stakeholders and manage good relationship with them
Participation in team rotation program
Ad-hoc and other relevant accounting work assigned by supervisor

Experience and Qualifications Required

BCom / BA degree
Successful 5-6 years P2P or T&E experience
Experience in Concur technical support is a plus
Should have an eye for details and go into the depth of issues where needed
Should have exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and with different cultures
Flexibility and an open attitude to change
Strong Collaborative Skills, Positive Can Do Attitude, High Energy
High degree of integrity and team work
Attention to detail
