Amazons Recruiting Services Team is seeking an experienced analyst to support our newly expanded Recruiting Services (RS) Organization Over the next few years, our team is expanding to support global processes (such as rehire, employee referral, candidate facing activities, scheduling etc) This role demands that the individual insists on highest standards at all times while ensuring that results are delivered timely The ideal candidate will function as a team lead, navigate through ambiguous situations and manage global stakeholders This member will also be key in providing overflow support during peak periods

Responsibilities include
Ensure team meets daily processing goals within standard timelines
Balance workloads, approve overtime, and monitor volumes trends
Collaborating with business partners to resolve escalations and deep dive for root cause to eliminate or reduce future contact needs
Provide overall support and guidance as SME
Updating monthly operational metrics by exporting standard reports and calculating key metrics
Process non-scheduling activities (exapplication screening, offer generation) by extracting reports from HR tools, perform teams audit for data accuracy
Maintain & Improve tracking/reporting processes for our programs

Key attributes for the role
Should able to build and test new reports in the spirit of continuous improvement, uses data to respond to trouble tickets and queries from various partners
Has a global mindset; excellent ability to serve a wide variety of clients across the globe (US, EU, Asia)
Process oriented; creates and constantly thinks about processes at all points to improve efficiency
Exceptional bias for action; acts as a highly productive team member for complex projects and ongoing operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
o Excellent communication and organizational skills
o 5 years overall experience, min 3 years relevant experience from HR scheduling process and recruitment operations experience
o MBA degree in HR
o Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to data compliance
o Good time management and ownership skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Qualifications
Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
Masters Degree from an accredited university
Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and HR business partners)
Operations skills
MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting
Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to continually prioritize changing responsibilities
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently
Experience working with large amounts of data and communicating data finding
