Job Description:

Private Wealth Management is looking for a Program Management Officer and will be included, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities-

- Support Program Manager on the management and tracking of the Workstream mandates of the program This includes
- Compile roadmap for program based on program goals
- Tracking milestones and deliveries for the program
- Coordinating meetings and compile meeting minutes for Workstream Leads meeting and Sponsorship Committee meetings
- Follow up with Workstream Leads on progress
- Assist in the delivery of Project Life Cycle (PLC) phases and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements
- Assist in the development of program plans; liaise with Workstream Leads to update the program schedules
- Prepare program documentation for sponsorship committee updates
- Develop and implement strategy for the control and tracking of program overall issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Oversee the programs documentation and archives Manage the overall structure on how documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and made readily available for internal teams and Workstream participants


Skills Required

- Minimum 7 years professional experience, preferably at a major management consulting firm or financial institution
- Experienced in managing large meeting forums and can independently steer large forums to stay on course
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably within a private/retail bank, risk and compliance, finance, operations, technology or financial crime background
- Knowledge of banking products and digital retail bank is an advantage
- Resourceful and motivated individual A self-starter
- Strong analytic and problem solving / process improvement skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems
- Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC)
- Technical understanding preferable
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate and tailored to the audience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
