As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to provide thought leadership on possible applications of Oracles Cyber Security portfolio that extend beyond the traditional Security stack Accordingly, you will help make an impact with an industry leading technology that is growing quickly You will work with an innovative and market leading team, interact with global customers and interact daily with a dedicated sales team

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to promote Oracle Security Solutions for technical support in all phase of sales cycle The complete Cyber Security portfolio will be covered Security of Oracle Cloud, Security for the Cloud, Database Security and on-premise Security solutions

Key responsibilities

Providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through on-line/in person sales efforts

Developing and delivering high quality Oracle presentations and demonstrations

Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions

Designing, validating, and presenting Oracle Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products

Developing and managing references through high quality technical, professional client relationships

Requirements

Candidate must have strong skills in Cyber Security domain (mainly IAM, CASB, SIEM)

Excellent communication skills are required as many engagements are at C-Levels at the customers

Excellent customer relationship, and persuasiveness

Excellent verbal and written communication

Must speak English and French fluently

Motivated, resistant to stress, able to work in a team while knowing how to work independently on complex problems

Autonomous, organized and able to manage his time

Comfort/expertise with technologies such as web technologies, Javascript, Java, Nodejs, REST APIs/web services, SAML, OAuth, cloud, networking, and other related technologies/tools

Solid understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet

Background

At least 4 to 8 years experience in a presales or consulting role (potential grade would be between IC3 or IC4)

Experience in a consulting company or a software company dedicated with part of the activity dedicated on CyberSecurity

Experience in systems analysis and customer needs

Experience with IAM solutions as an integrator / developer or supplier

Job location

Mainly in Oracle Colombes (Paris) with some travel (15 PERCENT ) in France, Europe, USA (candidate will have to be located in Paris or suburbs)

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment May have project lead role 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system Through knowledge of system and application design Strong verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments Ability to travel as needed BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable
