Job Summary

We are looking for a PMTS to join our Engineering team within our Chennai division Your job will be to ensure that the scale and quality of the software meets the requirements of customers and other stakeholders working with the Product Management team and the User Experience Team You will work with other teams to ensure a coherent, forward looking product features But enough about us, lets talk about you

The Team Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a core service offered by athena through the collector product suite and related services This hospital collector team would be responsible for addressing critical client issues , address product gaps and also maintain trust & service for providing superior care for athenas hospital clients In addition, the team would also be involved in enriching the product to the changing industry needs in the continuum of care

Job Responsibilities

Contribute to accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detail
Deliver customer value in the form of high quality software components and services in adherence with RPR policies on Security, performance, longevity and Integration testing
Estimate the size of development tasks in story points
Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices
Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
Learn the domain knowledge for area of assignment
Take ownership of what the team builds after the release; consider customer adoption as success criteria
Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance
Volunteer for work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery; Coordinate efforts across te team to ensure completion and effectiveness
Work collaboratively across the Technology, Product organizations & other stakeholders to ensure alignment towards business goals

Typical Qualifications 14 years of experience in an engineering role
ASPNet MVC (Razor), C#, HTML/CSS
JS(angular/Bootstrap), JQuery, SQL server ,
WCF, ADONET, Dapper, Entity framework,
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Software engineering skills and computer science experience
Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications
Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge
Expertise with databases SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, etc
Experience working in Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum
Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a product development environment is essential
Desire to contribute to the wider technical community through collaboration, coaching, and mentoring of other technologists
Knowledge of latest version of NET Framework and experience in refactoring large codebase is a huge plus
