Familiar with role modeling, role mining, Capacity Planning, High Availability setup, Performance tuning experience of Oracle IDM Product Experience in customizing out of box connectors for LDAP and database, Developing Custom connectors, Integration experience in LDAP / Directory servers Application Integration experience using API / Webservice, Familiar with SQL and Database concepts, Java / J2EE, webservice integrations (SOAP/REST) , Groovy scripting, SPML Certifications

Primary Skills Oracle IDM Suite implementation

Primary Skills description

Product specific certification along with any security certification (CISSP/ CISM / CISA)
Have extensive experience in Security Domain primarily in Identity and Access Management
Have knowledge on Access Governance/Certification
Design, Architecture implementation skills Oracle Identity Manager/Access Manager/Federation

Must haves skills; Good working knowledge on LDAP(Directory Services), RDBMS (Oracle)

Good programming skills(preferably Java/J2EE)

o Good communication skills, analytical skills, business analysis and customer relationship management

o Oracle IDM certification

o CISSP/CISM certifications

Experience in managing medium to large teams

Have experience of architecting and designing end-to-end solution or Oracle Identity Manager/Access Manager/Federation

Have strong understanding of RBAC (Role Based Access Control), Role Analysis

Secondary Skills Other IDM tools viz IBM/ CA, Unix,

Experience in writing and executing UNIX shell scripts

Skilled in working with virtual teams across cultures and organisational disciplines;

Good written and oral communication; fluent in English (written/verbal) additional language(s) are an advantage;

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical delivery of IAM components (eg IAM Connectors) Components include solutions for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, role based access control, physical security, and audit and monitoring solutions

Responsible for ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical functional requirements based on critical client IAM use cases and expectations
Responsible for generating client delivery documentation such as technical requirement design documents, Visio diagrams, and technical component presentations
Works closely with project IAM Architect or Practice Manager to identify key IAM technical components as aligned to project requirements, assist in prioritizing development efforts, catalog IAM component to project requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints
Conducts in depth technical IAM research, needs assessments and performance analysis to support, design, and develop new technical IAM components for clients
Identifies clients technical stakeholders, and provides effective training and mentoring to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness, client learning and overall project team productivity Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in IT or related discipline with 6-8 years of experience
5 years of direct work experience in a project with Oracle IDM suite
