This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing India based presales team to cover the India region As a Solutions Consultant (SC), you are the presales business partner of Sales Account Managers, supporting SuccessFactors business and revenue goals by providing high quality business and product presentations and demonstrations The SC will also provide input on the qualification of prospects and play a significant role in the creation of business strategies to secure the win for SuccessFactors

Responsibilities and Duties

Work with sales account managers to establish specific account plans and strategies

Support and influence Sales Account Managers in preparing and delivering business presentations and demonstrations

Analyze prospects requirements and propose the best possible solution

Create and deliver demonstrations and presentations to the business and C-level executives

Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes

Configure application to meet prospect/customer needs

Bring in additional consultants and technical resources as necessary

Manage the technical relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors/HCM secondary face to the customer throughout the sales process

Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors /HCM product configuration options

Respond to the technical sections of RFI/RFPs as necessary

Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field

Desired Skills and Experience Required Skills and Experience

Seasoned Solution Consultant 12 years of successful presales experience
Software Apps Sales Experience - 5 years of sales experience selling software apps or SaaS
Experience with HCM/HRMS platforms application solutions (Workday, Oracle, Saba, SumTotal, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc)
Deep knowledge of HCM SaaS market
A proven ability to effectively present and sell to C-level execs
Stability A history of intelligent career decisions that resulted in wildly successful, non-brief tenures
