Responsible for managing self and assigned team targets and maintaining relationships between the business vertical & its clients
Ensure the business achieve its assigned revenue targets along with individual target achievement
Focus on sustaining and growing business market share, achieve ROI and deliver profitable growth
Improving overall customer experience by meeting/Exceeding the expectations of the stakeholders
Develop an annual sales plan for existing & future customers and ensure excellent client relationships
Meeting clients to take feedback and grow business
Acquire new clients through networks and ensure maintaining existing relations
Day to day operational management to maintain continued alignment with overall goals, strategy and direction
Measuring the ratios with respect to sourcing, interviews, offers and joinings and communicating to team
Identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment process and points where the performance is suffering
Identify the recruiters lacking motivation or in need of a helping hand
Support HR in the training initiative by conducting trainings and attending trainings
Retention of key team-members
Maintain and grow database
should have handled team of 3-4 recruiters
