The Opportunity

In this role, you will be based on-site at our North Fremantle Lubricants Plant which is one of two Castrol plants producing Castrol product within Australia Youll be joining a vibrant, high-performing team who operate the plant with a strong focus on Health & Safety and Team Work Your role with Castrol will develop over time, initially you will be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of packaged and bulk lubricant products and the accurate and efficient picking of orders to be dispatched to our customers You will have the chance to develop both technically and behaviourally in your role with us, challenge yourself and broaden your skillset

Responsibilities

Perform Warehouse & Distribution activities safely
Loading and unloading packaged and bulk products safely
Ensures the safe operation of all forklift and associated equipment
Ensures that on site inventory is properly and safely stored
Decanting and repacking product
Provide incident free Filling Operations
Successfully conduct Blending operations
Regularly complete general housekeeping duties to ensure warehouse and equipment are maintained to a reliable and safe standard
Use Computers and other technology to complete daily tasks
Counting and reconciling stock as directed
Supporting activities that minimize waste and reduce energy consumption
Handle dangerous goods products in a safe manner
Support and monitor 3PL/BP warehousing and dispatching dangerous goods

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment as well as; Strong Health & Safety knowledge in warehouse operations and the ability to follow safety procedures
A forklift license is essential
Demonstrated high level of time management and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
Strong team player that contributes to creating a motivated team environment
Focus on learning and continuous improvement

Please note that this role requires manual handling of product and associated equipment
