Job Description This position serves as the PHP developer Team lead who will be responsible for the overall architecture and long-term strategy The person will lead the team to achieve the team goal on time If you are highly motivated, passionate about digital experiences, looking to join a creative and dynamic team, join us today You need to be able to write clean and secure PHP code and have previous development & team lead experience or open source projects to show during the consideration process Prior Team Handling, team lead experience Strong PHP Technology Experience Strong skills in Core PHP, Laravel, Magento, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services, JSON Strong Object Oriented Programming concepts Web Development Frameworks like Yii, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Cake PHP, Zend, Symphony, Kohana etc Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP Understanding of MVC design patterns Knowledge of PHP frameworks, Magento, Drupal, CodeIgniter, YII, Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, etc will be a plus point Should be able to understand specifications and turn them into a workable and tangible product on web Should be able to automate most of our internal processes and develop scalable, reliable and robust products Should possess Good communication skills Should be able to handle a team efficiently Self Motivated Should have skills to analyze the project Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN, GIT

Responsibilities Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers Work experience as a Team lead
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
Design, code, test, debug and document software according to functional requirements
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Integration of data storage solutions may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc
Write clean, well-designed code
Produce detailed specifications
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
Refractor, optimize and improve the existing code-base for maintenance and scale
Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
Interface with customer and internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions
