Job Position - Personal Secretary / Stenographer

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 3 to 6 years

Salary -3 to 4 LPA

Location - Kasna Road, Greater Noida

 

Work duties -

The duties of a Personal Secretary / Stenographer include taking dictation in shorthand and its transcription; fixing up appointments, attending telephone calls and to the visitors in a graceful manner; keeping an accurate list of engagements, meetings, keeping a note of movements of files etc

 

Skills - Fast and Accurate English Typing Skills and Excellent  Communication Skills

Work Days & timing - 9am-630pm, Mon-Sat (1st & 3rd Sat-off)

Gender - Male/Female (Candidates preferred from Greater Noida)
