The Role Responsibilities

Performance & Reward(P&R) Specialist will be part of the PRB Specialist Delivery team in GPS and will report to the Head, PRB Specialist Delivery Will play a vital role in the delivery of the P3 process for the Region/Business P3 stands for Performance, Pay & Potential and is our global performance and annual compensation review process
Responsible for the day to day running of global PRB processes, including but not limited to P3, promotions, job matching, offer proposals, off cycles changes, FLIP etc
Provides insights and recommend opportunities to the Group PRB & Advisory teams based on Voice of Customer inputs (HRBPs / HRBAs / colleagues & Poeple Leaders), provide proactive inputs to Group PRB and PRB Advisory teams on the design and implementation of the PRB Products & processes
Liaise directly with People Leaders, to handle & resolve escalated enquiries or issues relating to wide range of PRB processes such as market benchmarking / job matching / TVC Payout / Salary ranges / Risk, Control & Conduct, FLIP Incentives, P3 Statements, Promotions etc
Escalate complex issues, highlight exceptions for sign-offs to PRB Advisory as required, also engage and partner with the HRBA/HRBPs to address specific business or functional issues
Responsible for the end to end market benchmarking process for the region /business, to ensure accuracy, quality & availability of the data for all levels, work closely with the HRBAs (or PRBs as appropriate) to ensure the timely and successful completion of the process as per timelines
Partner closely with / leverage on the P&R team to ensure that the right data and reporting is available to end users
Responsible for the accuracy of the data & reporting for the respective businesses / functions and should take end to end ownership for critical P3 data elements such as Score cards, Reporting tags, Target TVCs, Pro-rata factors etc, must identify & proactively highlight exceptions to PRB Advisory / HRBAsfor appropriate sign-off / resolution
Proactively monitor for potential risks, operational bottleneck/challenges that may impact the outcome of the PRB processes, take appropriate action, ensure the information is shared with the PRB Advisory, Group PRB team as appropriate
Work collaboratively with the peers in the P&R specialist team, P&R Ops team, drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimise and increase scalability, adoption, employee experience and efficiency measures, and reduce risk
Review & analyse patterns in customer queries and requests for regions / business, or identify patterns in data issues, optimise knowledge management to help promote self-service where possible, provide training / refresher courses minimize errors / escalations to Tier 2 / Tier 3, eg, training to country TA teams, HR Ops teams, AskHR
Responsible for maintaining & track the exceptional TVC / Payout commitments for respective regions/functions
Review & prepare the country level data structures such as compensation rate code mapping, grade hierarchy for promotions, country specific allowance structures, local MRT deferral requirements for respective regions
Maintain & update salary ranges / internal benchmarks to assist in salary increase decisions during P3 Review
Work with the PRB Advisory / PRB Product specialists in preparing materials for Business / Function / Regional management / committee / forum meetings
Understanding of regulatory remuneration guidelines of the region and how these may impact the internal policies and support the PRB Advisory in managing responses to regulatory queries/issues on reward related topics within the region
Manage standard regulatory reporting seeking input from PRB Advisory where reward is involved
Handle off-cycle promotion / salary increase requests from People Leaders, review rationale and provide recommendation to PRB Advisory
Contribute to the successful implementation of the Group PRB Initiatives / Projects for your Region / Business, eg, D&I Agenda, Gender Pay Gap analysis, Benefits Transformation, changes to Structured Incentives governance etc
Partner effectively with the HRBAs / P&R team & other GPS counterparts, operate with a solution driven mindset while dealing with issues / challenges

Risk Management & Governance

In respect of the Groups Risk Management Framework ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility
Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, and identify and highlight potential risks
Support statutory and internal audits, as appropriate
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Responsible for delivering effective governance, capability to challenge peers effectively and willingness to work with multiple teams in an open and cooperative manner

Our Ideal Candidate

Post Graduate in Human Resources / BA / BSC / MBA
Experienced of having worked in Compensation & Benefits management
Experience range 8 to 10 years in HR Processes
Proficient in MS-Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent Business writing and communication skills
Experience of having front ended with People Leaders, HRBPs & Senior Leaders to resolve issues / escalations, providing clarification & advice on complex Reward policy matters
