Job Description Summary

- This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional (6 -8 Yrs) to join a young & successful team in a dynamic and fast paced growth environment

- You will become part of the India Market team tasked with analytics monetization across a broad range of organizations/ Merchants/ Bureaus/ Bank/NBFC

- The successful candidate will be highly effective in navigating the customer through all facets of the sales process from prospect prioritization through to technical integration and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver a value based sales proposition The person will help to accelerate the number of merchants/ Bank/NBFC that will accept Data insight and intelligence solution across different verticals

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working with India Market leadership team to define and acquire merchant/ Bank/NBFC/Fintech for alternate data and intelligence

- End-to-end on-boarding for merchants/Partners/Fintech for cross selling Intelligence & Analytics from lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration & closing - Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly business targets

- Planning for the consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives, as well as providing an accurate monthly forecast of opportunities

- Work with marketing, customer experience & other teams to plan & execute promotional activity

- Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for partner merchants / Fintech/NBFC and also look data enrichment

REQUIREMENTS

- 6-8 years of sales and marketing experience,

- Understanding of analytics/ intelligence/ insight sales

- 4+ years of successful selling digital experience solutions

- Solid understanding of the automated marketing space, especially as it pertains to the Fintech and ecommerce industry

- A consistent track record of signing customers across different tier and demonstrated history of exceeding sales target

- Consultative sales style and excellent core sales skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis (up to 40% travel time)

- Graduate with an MBA from an accredited university
