Job role

- Study and have knowledge of competitors services and product

- Explore new ways of improving the existing product and services

- Identify and present innovative product solution

Job requirements

- Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience in process excellence/program management

- Must be an MBA from a Tier 1 college

- Should have knowledge of tech/product changes that have to be done at front end and back end

- Should have knowledge of salesforce tool with admin/developer-level understanding

- Should monitor and analyze the market trends
