Payroll Executive

Job Purpose

To be responsible for a Payroll Administration b Time office Administration c Statutory compliance on Legal registers d smooth functioning of attendance system e Grievance redressalf HR MIS reporting and to drive continuous improvement in the impact area

Principal Accountabilities

1) Time Office Administration

Maintain oversight of time office affairs with a specific focus on attendance management and compliance to leave protocol

Notices & Displays related with Time office administration -Firm up, obtain approval of HR manager, display notices and maintain a copy of same in Notice file

Issuance of 2 advise notes for absenteeism cases

2) Payroll Processing & Administration

Executive/ Team members / Retainers/Apprentices etc For Baddi Sricity and North and west branch

3) Statutory Compliance on legal registers

Maintenance of relevant legal registers viz

Adult Worker register

Attendance register

ESI register

Leave with wages register

National Holiday register

Overtime register

4) Attendance System

Ensure smooth functioning of Biometric system

5) Grievance Redressal

Handle and resolve grievance related to Payroll / time office administration

Escalate to HR Manager any major issue

Daily visit to shop floor

6) HR MIS Report

Circulate a daily report specifically focusing on daily manning

Circulate weekly absenteeism report to all concerned

Maintains Leave data for SFCs

Closure of EC tickets on daily basis

Share Data for QB board on weekly basis

Circulate MER report on monthly basis

Share Salary provision on monthly basis with finance

7) Projects - Support to Project Pth for Payroll related activities for testing


Knowledge / Experience / Skill

The job requires a basic knowledge of Human Resource Management processes and a minimum of two-Four years of relevant experience with Post graduation in HR in Factory environment Specific skills required are

Aggressiveness / Adaptability / Accountability / Collaborative

Team Working Skills

Working knowledge of manufacturing site processes / systems

Good interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills

Analytical approach with good skill in problem solving


Awareness of Labour Laws and its compliance conditions in the Factory Environment
